To improve satisfaction of patients and health care workers with the hospital experience, NMHA supports the delivery of safe, effective patient care and a work environment that emphasizes learning rather than blame. NMHA promotes the use of relevant clinical outcome and human resource screening indicators that are accepted national standards to measure quality of care and adequacy of staffing.
